At Presentation Systems, our integration services go beyond running cables, connecting components and plugging in power. We believe in working together with you to better understand your operation - demands, obstacles, challenges, and future plans. Presentation Systems continually invests in talented engineering, integration, sales and support personnel, enabling us to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. By combining cutting edge technology with cohesive solution packages and solid engineering, we have secured our position as the forerunner of visual communications integration.

Consultation
Presentation Systems consultants strive to understand the communications requirements of your organization. During the initial evaluation our consultants will determine the system criteria by exploring media options and discussing budget constraints. A team of specialists interviews key operational personnel from within your organization. This investigative process aids our understanding of your core business - technical, logistical and capital needs, communications obstacles, and future visual delivery plans. If necessary, we will also conduct an existing inventory audit to identify components and technologies you may already own that would augment the new design.

At the conclusion of our feasibility and needs analysis study, we offer recommendations on project implementation, architectural, environmental, ergonomic and space requirements, electrical and HVAC guidelines, equipment specifications, and purchases. With these considerations in mind and an understanding of your expectations, we design a solution that is both technologically advanced and functionally efficient.

Design and Engineering
During this stage, Presentation Systems designs and engineers technically proven visual communications solutions that satisfy your expectations. Our company realizes that engineering is an evolutionary process requiring on-going communication between financial analysts, engineers, and end-users. Presentation Systems will work with architects, interior designers, and structural engineers to ensure that all systems are designed with ADA requirements, safety, and aesthetics in mind at your request.

Rack Fabrication
A large portion of your system is pre-fabricated at our facility to minimize disruptions to normal operations at your site and to ensure the safety and security of your investment. Prior to installation, Presentation Systems programs and tests equipment, fabricates specialized parts, and constructs custom racks for each multimedia system. As necessary, systems will be totally cabled, connected, rack-mounted, documented, and field tested by factory-trained and industry-certified technicians prior to delivery.

Field Installation
On-site installation is coordinated and managed by Presentation Systems Installation Technicians, who have manufacturer certified training, allowing them to seamlessly integrate a finished product into your facility. There is typically one lead technician as the single point of contact supported by the required amount of two person installation teams. Installation technicians alongside the Project Manager finish with a complete system performance analysis and certification.

Documentation/Project Administration
Long-term operability of your system can best be maintained with detailed documentation. Presentation Systems can provide you with comprehensive "as-built" drawings system documentation, and project and equipment manuals to better orient you with your system. More sophisticated and comprehensive integrations may also warrant equipment inventory and wire-run databases with client-approved mnemonic schemes available in a variety of electronic formats. We provide technical expertise at every stage - preliminary design through post-sales technical support.

Project Management and Integration
System integration is the most logistically complicated and fastest moving part of your communications project. Our project managers monitor costs and keep you updated with progress reports and modifications as they occur.
